Small and medium companies especially struggle with repetitive HR workflows, delayed hiring decisions, and inefficient candidate tracking

Solution

Smart Hiring Assistant automates the complete hiring pipeline using Gemini 2.0 Flash, LangGraph, Streamlit, Google Drive API, Google Sheets API, Google Calendar API, and Gmail SMTP/API. The system generates AI-powered job descriptions, collects applications via Google Forms, stores resumes in Google Drive, screens candidates using Gemini AI, schedules interviews with automatic Google Meet links, sends interview/offer/rejection emails, and generates offer letter PDFs automatically through an interactive HR dashboard.
