Problem

The HR managers have to go through a lot of resumes manually and then fix a meeting based on who fits the role. This system tackles and automates a lot of that process.

Solution

i am using gemini 2.0 flash. It basically provides the resume to the modal and the job description and make it match based on percentage and gives instant match percentage to both the admin and the candidate. Then if the match is above 90% it asks the candidate to choose a date and a time slot for interview from the slots that are available. the candidate can choose as per their own convenience so their is no ghosting.
